Running the community

Announcements, events and resources

The community site your residents see, and how to keep it current.

Announcements

A post goes on the community feed and is emailed to members, so it actually reaches people rather than waiting for someone to log in. Posts support images, which is what makes them read like a community newsletter rather than a memo.

Categorize them so residents can tell a board notice from a block party.

Events

Board meetings, ARC meetings, socials, food trucks, yard sales. Events go on the shared calendar alongside amenity reservations, and members are emailed. Setting up your board meeting schedule for the year in one sitting is a good use of ten minutes.

FAQs

The questions your board answers over and over. Every FAQ you write is an email you stop receiving. If you are on the AI Assistant plan, these are also part of what it answers from.

Resources

Curated links: the county trash schedule, the permit portal, how to report a streetlight outage, the neighborhood watch contact. Small, and residents use it constantly.
