The AI assistant

What it does

Residents ask questions in plain English — what the fence rules are, when the next board meeting is, how much dues are, where the pool key form lives — and the assistant answers from your community's own content: posts, events, FAQs and uploaded documents.

It is not answering from the open internet. If it is not in your community, it does not know it.

Making it useful

The assistant is exactly as good as what you have published. In order of impact:

1. Upload the covenants and architectural guidelines. Most resident questions are answered somewhere in them, and nobody reads 60 pages.
2. Write the ten FAQs your board is tired of answering.
3. Keep events current, so "when is the next meeting" works.

Cost and limits

The assistant is included on the AI Assistant plan at $29.99 a month for the whole community — not per resident. The plan includes a monthly allowance shared across everyone.

There is no overage charge. If the community reaches the allowance, the assistant pauses until the month rolls over. Your bill is $29.99 either way and will not surprise you.

Turning it on and off

Standard and AI Assistant are two versions of one subscription, not an add-on. Switch between them from Billing at any time; your data is untouched either way.
