Where do the answers come from?
From your community’s own content: posts, events, FAQs and the documents you have uploaded. The more you keep current, the better it answers.
Do we have to use it?
No. The Standard plan at $14.99 a month has everything except the assistant. AI is a plan, not an add-on charge, and you can switch either direction.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes — a monthly allowance shared across the whole community, sized well above what a typical community uses. There is no overage charge: if you reach the allowance the assistant pauses until the month rolls over, so the bill is always $29.99 and never a surprise.
