Architectural Review

Every fence request in one place

Homeowners submit architectural requests with drawings and photos attached. The committee reviews, discusses and decides in the app. Nobody has to remember what was approved in 2021.

On both plans · 30 days free · No credit card

Architecture requests listed with submitted, approved and rejected statuses

Submitted online, with attachments

The homeowner fills out the request, attaches plans, drawings or photos, and hits submit. No printed packet, no dropping off a folder.

Submitted, approved, rejected

Requests carry a clear status the homeowner can see, so "did anyone look at this?" stops being an email to the board president.

Committee discussion, recorded

Reviewers comment on the request. The reasoning behind a decision is attached to the decision, not lost in a group text.

Request categories

Fences, paint colors, additions, landscaping — configure categories so requests route and report the way your ARC actually works.

Build a review process, or bring your own

Communities starting from nothing get a workable ARC process out of the box: categories, a submission form, statuses and a discussion thread. Communities with an established committee and a paper form can keep their form — attach it, and use HOA Grove for intake, tracking and the decision record.

  • Numbered requests, so a decision can be cited later
  • Requests tied to the property, visible to its residents
  • Email notification when a request is filed or decided
  • Full history stays available to the next committee

Can residents see the status of their request?

Yes — the homeowner sees their request and its current status in the resident portal, along with the committee’s comments.

What file types can be attached?

Plans, drawings, photos and documents can all be attached to a request and stay with it permanently.

Can we keep our existing paper form?

Yes. Many communities attach their existing form and use HOA Grove for submission, tracking and the decision record.
