Dues & Payments
Dues that collect themselves
Set your assessment once. HOA Grove generates an invoice for every property on schedule, emails it, takes card and bank payments through Stripe, and keeps a running picture of who has paid.
On both plans · 30 days free · No credit card

Monthly, quarterly or annual
Pick your collection frequency and the day invoices generate. Every property in the community gets its invoice automatically — no spreadsheet, no mail merge.
Card and bank transfer
Residents pay online with a credit card or a US bank account (ACH). Payments are processed by Stripe, so card numbers never touch HOA Grove.
Autopay for residents
A homeowner can turn on autopay once and stop thinking about dues. Each period is charged automatically and receipts go out by email.
Money lands in your account
Your association connects its own Stripe account. Payouts go straight to the HOA bank account — we never hold your community’s money.
Stop chasing the same eleven homeowners
The dues page shows outstanding and paid invoices for the current period side by side, so a treasurer can answer "where are we?" in one glance instead of one evening. Search by invoice, property or owner, and export a whole payment period to a spreadsheet when it is time to reconcile.
- Outstanding and paid counts for the period at the top of the page
- Search invoices by number, property or homeowner
- Export any payment period to XLS for your bookkeeper
- Invoice, payment-succeeded and payment-failed emails send themselves

Already collect dues another way?
Not every board is ready to move payments online, and that is fine. Turn dues collection off and point residents at the payment link you already use — your bank’s bill pay, a lockbox, whatever works — and keep every other part of HOA Grove.
- Online collection is optional, not required
- Link out to an existing off-platform payment method
- Turn it on later without redoing your member list
Common questions
Something not covered here? Email support@hoagrove.com and a person will answer.
How do residents pay?
By credit or debit card, or by US bank account (ACH) — online, from the resident portal. Stripe processes the payment and the money is deposited into the association’s own connected bank account.
Does HOA Grove take a cut of dues?
No. HOA Grove charges its flat monthly subscription and nothing else. Stripe charges its standard processing fees for the payments it handles.
Can we collect annually instead of monthly?
Yes. Dues can be collected monthly, quarterly or annually, and you choose which day of the period invoices are generated and when they are due.
