Do we have to charge for amenities?

No. Set the price to zero and residents can reserve at no cost; the calendar and duration rules work the same way.

How do deposits get refunded?

Deposits are collected through your community’s Stripe account and refunded from it, so they follow the same path as any other payment you take.

Can we require a signed rental agreement?

Attach the agreement to the reservable so residents see it when they book. Many communities pair this with a deposit to cover the terms.
