Managing your neighborhood's HOA violations can be a painful and emotional process for all parties involved. Setting up your Violation Process
If you don't have a community website on HOA Grove, visit https://app.hoagrove.com/trial/new and start your 30 day free trial. Don't worry, there's no credit card required.
You can find your community Violations on the left side of your community admin panel. Click this link, then click the "Violation Settings" link on the violations page.
Here, you can specify your violation committee. This will include anyone with the violation committee role, as well as any admin or manager you select here. These users will be notified of new comments on violations. Note that any member with the "violation committee" role can access violations, but not the rest of the management dashboard. Your management and admins already have access to the violations feature, but checking their box opts them into communications for a violation.

Reporting and Responding to Violations
Reporting a new violation is as easy as navigating to the violations page and clicking "New Violation" Simply choose the property, the violation type, and details and images if you have any, and that's it. The residents of that property will get an email informing them of the new violation.
Once the violation is created, violation committee member anonymously comment on or mark the violation as resolved. request. Residents can also respond to comments and attach more documentation as needed.
